We are a custom clothier — many of our fine suits are made overseas. To provide additional service to those custom made suits, Freeman's offers alterations as well fitting services by absolute professionals.

Freeman's Men Shop also offers group discounts — 7 or more people. We also like to include pastors, military and senior citizens discounts, all 10% off.

In addition to the services above, we offer home delivery (local) as well as layaway.

The Freeman's Story
In 1999, Roger Freeman rented a space with a limited collection of suits and ties located in downtown Richmond, Virginia. He started his own business as the only salesperson, buyer and President of the company. In 2000, Toney Walker, a long-time friend and colleague with over 30 years of men's clothing experience joined the company.

By 2001, the company quickly expanded to a second location on Midlothian Turnpike in Chesterfield County and in 2005 the third store was opened on South Crater Road in Petersburg, Virginia. In October 2008, we will open our fourth location on Laburnum Avenue in North Richmond.

Roger and Toney have been providing customer service and selling men's clothing to the Richmond area since the 1980s and our goal is to provide quality clothes at reasonable prices. We pride ourselves on maintaining presence in the ever-evolving world of fashion.
